At Vantage Education, we value the care and development of each individual child.

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified educators who will work collaboratively to deliver a play-based learning program. These roles will see you working with fellow educators, sharing new ideas and implementing innovative solutions.

You will possess the following attributes:

  • A deep understanding of the National Quality Standard and National Framework
  • A minimum Diploma qualification or consideration for studying towards one
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in education
  • A working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • An awareness of Child Protection legislation and its implications for childcare
  • A current Senior First Aid certificate
  • CPR including Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and Care

We seek Educators who are warm, caring and respectful of children's needs and their environment.

This role offers a creative environment that engages children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work collaboratively with fellow Educators to plan and implement a play-based learning program
  • To create a safe and engaging environment that meets the needs of children
  • To share and implement new ideas to improve teaching practices
  • To maintain high-quality documentation and records
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma qualification or higher
  • Minimum 6 months experience in education
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Child Protection legislation awareness
  • Senior First Aid certification
  • Valid Working with Children Check
