About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children's Program Coordinator to join our team in Pakenham Lakeside.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 31.25 hours per week all year round.

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-leading a team of Educators at a primary school, managing the service during before and after school hours for children aged 5-12 years.

You will develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program, full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft.

Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.

Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.

Manage the day-to-day operations of your service, including compliance and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality programs that meet the needs of children aged 5-12 years.
  • Lead a team of Educators, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent outcomes for children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, schools, and the community to ensure seamless transitions and positive outcomes.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, managers, and external partners.

Requirements
