Transportation Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator to join our team in Cairns, responsible for delivering manufactured windows and doors products to our growing customer base across the Far North Qld region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and secure before travel
- Complete paperwork and check sheets as required and on time
- Maintain driver diaries and supporting paperwork in accordance with State and Federal Regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery instructions
Requirements:
- A current drivers license (Manual) with a clean driving record
- A construction white card
- Prior truck driving experience
- A commitment to workplace health and safety practices
- Great communication skills and a strong work ethic
