Education Program Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced education professional to lead our programs in sport, fitness, or business. As Course Coordinator, you will design, deliver, evaluate and continuously improve leading-edge programs for the area.
- You will optimise resources and manage day-to-day operational effectiveness to ensure effective program delivery.
- Provide ongoing professional development for team members and proactively manage team and individual performance.
- Work with the Director to align delivery with the overall strategy and education goals.
- Support student experience and outcomes, including out-of-classroom experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has strong leadership skills, expertise in educational management, and experience in teaching or managing teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant approved AQF Level 6 or above qualification in adult and vocational education.
- A vocational qualification relevant to sport and/or leadership and management.
- Strong leadership skills, expertise in educational management, and experience in teaching or managing teams.
