As a Clinical Care Coordinator at Calvary, you will play a key role in leading the clinical and care teams across our home to ensure the needs of each resident are met. Your main duties will include:
- Leading the clinical and care teams to ensure the needs of each resident are being met.
- Collaborating with the Home Manager to ensure the team understands the residents' identities, cultures, diversity, beliefs, and life experiences.
About You
- You must be a Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role within the aged care sector with a successful and proven track record.
- You must have a high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- You should have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the aged care sector with the ability to identify changing trends and ensure best practice.
- You must be an effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing with excellent presentation skills.
- You should have understanding of and ability to manage human resource issues with effective negotiation skills.
- You must have the ability to understand and use information technology and programs such as Word, Excel, etc. and to learn new skills as required.
- You should have a current National police check.
- You must have working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
