Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist to develop and implement effective workplace injury prevention solutions.

About the Role

  • Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers involved in work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
  • Assess clients' transferable skills, qualifications, and interests to identify future employment or training options.
  • Perform assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Manage cases to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized injury prevention plans.
  • Provide education and training on workplace safety protocols and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
