**Rental Sales Officer Role**

Our business is seeking a casual Rental Sales Officer to join our team at Brisbane Airport. The position involves working weekends as part of a rotating roster. While car rental experience is not essential, applicants with a customer service or retail sales background are encouraged to apply.

**Job Responsibilities**

The primary tasks include:

  • Servicing vehicle rental requirements of valued customers
  • Offering information and additional services based on customers' needs
  • Checking and grooming of vehicles on return of rental
  • Providing high-level customer service

**Requirements**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to provide outstanding Customer Service
  • Ability to learn and operate various software systems
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team ethic
  • Current, unrestricted driver's license
  • Basic understanding of the Car Rental Industry would be beneficial

**Additional Requirements**

All applicants must hold a valid Driver's License. The successful applicant will also be required to submit a Traffic History prior to commencement.

Pay: From $32.37 per hour

**Schedule:** Evening shift, Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay: Commission, Overtime pay, Penalty rates
