Availability and Essential Qualifications

Candidates will be required to be available for 3 - 5 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday availability required) and be available to work closing shifts.

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA)
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Current and valid Australian Work Rights
Essential Skills, Attributes, and Experience
  • Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks and National Quality Framework required
  • Previous experience as an Educator, with proficiency in documenting children's development using relevant software
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children
  • Understand developmental milestones and design age-appropriate programs
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Collaborate within a diverse team and adapt to varying needs in an early childhood setting
