We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through personalized styling advice and support.

The Role

This is a seasonal opportunity to join our team in Townsville and be part of creating magical moments during the festive season. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
  • Maintaining presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning
  • Processing customer transactions on the point-of-sale system
  • Exceeding sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Providing styling advice and support in fitting rooms
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style
  • A can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management, and in-store fulfillment
  • A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Full availability to work throughout October-January, including extended trade, weekends, and public holidays
