Bethanie is a leading provider of aged care services, and we are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at our Port Kennedy facility.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out nursing care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Consult with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis
- Implement care plans as documented
- Assist in assessing residents within the ACFI criteria and ensure all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements
- Communicate effectively with a variety of people and contribute to teamwork within the workplace
- Participate in continuing personal development and education
We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse who genuinely cares about their team and residents and is committed to enriching the ageing experience. You will also bring:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
- Previous experience with dementia care would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to a person-centred care approach when providing care services
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to apply for one
- Willingness to obtain any relevant vaccinations required
