Job Title: Support WorkerAbout the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to participants to assist with activities of daily living.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of care for participants.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (desired but not essential) or equivalent working or lived experience.
  • A current valid Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle.
  • Police Records Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Manual handling training (desired, but training will be provided if needed).
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Availability and willingness to use a personal smartphone.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate - free online course.
