Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day sales activities and customer satisfaction of a designated client portfolio with excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve outstanding corporate goals.
- Conduct thorough market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Establish open communication channels with customers, stakeholders, customer support teams, and key business stakeholders regarding effective sales techniques.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, collaborate with sales representatives to foster lasting connections, and negotiate and close deals with confidence.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports illustrating sales volume, potential sales, and proposed areas of client base expansion.
- Monitor and assess the activities and products of competitors in the market.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a service-oriented environment.
- Proven expertise in B2B sales and cold calling strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Thorough understanding of direct selling principles and best practices.
- Highly developed commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in National Account Management, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and success.
