Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to undertake a range of mechanical servicing, maintenance, installations and upgrades of fixed and mobile plant and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant trade certificate in mechanical, fitting and turning, boiler making or similar. You will have proven fault-finding capabilities and be proactive and safety focused.

About the Role

This role involves:

  • Fault finding and repairs to mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Attending to equipment failure or breakdowns as they may occur
  • Preparing and submitting maintenance reports as requested
  • Record keeping using our SAP Maintenance platform for compliance
About Your Experience

Prior experience in a similar trade is essential. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
