Lead Rehabilitation Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals by providing leadership and mentorship support to a team of rehabilitation professionals.

  • Provide guidance and expertise to your team members to help them deliver exceptional services and outcomes for clients.
  • Lead your team to achieve individual and collective targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small caseload of clients, completing assessments and delivering case management services to support their return to work.
  • Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to grow the business.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to achieve outcomes and drive results.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Vocational/Occupational Rehabilitation industry.
  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in OT, EP, Physio, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Registration with AHRPA, ESSA or ASORC.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
