Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our frontline team at EG Rutherford store. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting products and deals in-store, operating point of sale systems, and maintaining a safe working environment.

About the Role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to drive repeat business and build customer loyalty
  • Promote products and exciting deals in-store to increase sales and revenue
  • Operate point of sale systems efficiently and accurately to minimize errors
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment to ensure employee and customer well-being
  • Implement effective merchandising and stock control strategies to optimize store presentation

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience preferred to support our store team in providing excellent customer service
  • A positive attitude and an energetic approach to every day tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A solutions-focused individual who is proactive and adaptable
