We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and administer the day-to-day financial activities of the organization, including accounts receivable, payable, credit control, bank reconciliations, payroll, and employment facilitation. You will also provide administrative assistance to the Finance Manager and liaison with company accountants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer financial records, including accounts receivable, payable, credit control, and bank reconciliations.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate payment to employees.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and other team members.
- Liaise with company accountants to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
