About the Opportunity
Aegis Aged Care Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at our Murdoch Facility.
This exciting opportunity offers a chance to provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to our residents, aligned with our philosophy of resident-centred holistic care.
As a Physiotherapist with Aegis, you will be responsible for assessing the physical and psycho-social functioning of residents, working alongside residents and their families to identify their physiotherapy goals, needs and preferences.
You will work in a diverse caseload, applying a broad range of your core skills, including assessing, monitoring, and making recommendations in relation to:
- Falls prevention, trending, analysis, management, and post-fall review.
- Musculoskeletal assessment and management.
- Evidence-based pain management (acute and chronic).
- Mobility and exercise prescription.
- Functional retraining and rehabilitation.
- Equipment provision and positioning.
- Promoting health and education around cardiovascular and respiratory rehabilitation.
- Continence, bowel, and pelvic health.
- Manual tasks and transfers.
- Oedema management.
- Advocacy and choice support.
- Training and education.
- Quality monitoring and continuous improvement.
You will be supported by a team of senior clinicians, with opportunities for peer support, professional growth, and personal development.

About You
We are looking for a Physiotherapist who:
- Has a genuine interest in working with older people.
- Is passionate about enablement and rehabilitation.
- Has a strong customer service ethos and attention to detail.
- Is solution-focused and able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Has an appetite for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Has well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Essential requirements include a physiotherapy qualification, AHPRA registration, full Australian working rights, and a valid drivers licence.
