Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead our Mobility Portfolio's program of product development and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technical specialists, including Developers and User Experience Designers, and collaborating with cross-functional team members across both Project and Operations streams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and improving an ICT technical service for applications and reporting services, including ICT standards and methodologies. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of product development methodologies, principles, and practices, as well as broad ICT industry experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience operating under broad direction and exercising significant levels of independent judgement and delegated authority.
  • Extensive experience in managing and improving an ICT technical service for applications and reporting services.
  • In-depth knowledge of product development methodologies, principles, and practices.
  • Broad ICT industry experience, including cloud computing, application and device management, and modern workplace solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all groups in ICT and the business in implementing product solutions.
