  • Taking orders and serving a spread of Mexican favourites: tacos, tostadas, guac & more
  • Making tailored suggestions—food + drink pairings that impress
  • Keeping your section smooth: seating, clearing, coordinating with bar & kitchen
Key Responsibilities:

We're seeking friendly, energetic individuals with standout guest communication skills. You'll be comfortable working in a socially vibrant setting with music and busy rhythms.

As a key member of our team, you'll be organised and reliable under pressure. You'll be available evenings, including weekends.
