Nursery Lead Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator to lead our Nursery Room for 2-3 days a week.
Job Overview:Little World Early Learning Centres provide quality care and education, reflecting the local community. Our centre in Worongary has undergone a full renovation of both inside and outdoor facilities.
Children are capable and active learners. Play-based learning experiences form the foundation of learning at our centre.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with children at the service.
- Support and partner with families to ensure their needs are met.
- Implement and uphold policies and associated procedures and practices.
- Work collaboratively towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service's operations.
Lead, guide, and support a team providing high-quality early childhood education and care.
Work in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and applicable regulations, as well as the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care.
Fundamental Skills and Knowledge:- Maintain sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
- Foster contemporary, research-based practices at the service.
- Ensure Workplace Health and Safety, privacy, and confidentiality are upheld.
