Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Controller to join our team at our Gunnedah branch. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and inspection of equipment, including minor repairs and adjustments. You will also provide support to our mechanics and electricians to enable them to focus on more complex tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection tasks on equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
• Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to equipment as required
• Assist mechanics and electricians with more complex tasks and projects
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the workshop and yard
• Perform loading and unloading duties, including spotting and general yard duties
• Check and control equipment as it comes in and out of the yard
• Assist with keeping the workshop, yard, and service area clean and tidy
About You
We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who is mechanically minded and has a strong attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a current driver's license and a forklift high-risk license would be highly regarded.
