Job Title: Home Care Support Worker
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing them with personalized care and support in their own homes.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">Provide domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks.
">Assist with personal care services such as showering, toileting, and medication management.
">Offer emotional support and companionship to our clients.

Requirements:
">Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
">Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting.
">Be available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day between 7am-7pm, Monday-Sunday (1 weekend per month).
">Commit to the paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training at the local branch office.

What We Offer:
">Competitive hourly rate: $32.86-$34.16 + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time.
