Community Service Development Specialist

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne, focusing on community service delivery and development.
This role involves delivering senior activity groups and aged care services to diverse communities, particularly the Chinese community.
The successful candidate will undertake market analysis, exploring opportunities for our services in targeted communities, including Disability Services.
They will provide information about accessing aged care in one-on-one and group settings, ensuring culturally appropriate support.
Key qualifications include fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
