Job Title: Recycler/Storeroom Assistant

The role of a Recycler/Storeroom Assistant is a key position in our recycling and production team.

  • Provide support to the production team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure sellable and recyclable items are kept out of landfill.
  • Replenish hangers and stationery for each work station.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.
  • Support our safety culture by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Unload trucks and operate industrial equipment, including balers, bin lifters, and walkie stackers.
  • Engage with customers and donors to provide excellent service and share the story behind our organization.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Availability for part-time hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.
  • A team player attitude, willing to help others meet team goals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality.
  • Celebrate individuality and diversity, recognizing that everyone brings unique perspectives and experiences.
  • Be impact-driven, passionate about making a difference on your team and in your community.
  • Have excellent customer service skills, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences at every interaction.
