Drive Transformation Initiatives with Talent International

This mid-sized industry leader is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Lead to drive the success of transformation initiatives within the business.

Your brand-new role will see you responsible for ensuring the program roadmap is well planned into program increments, capturing the clear scope, defined deliverables, planned resourcing and dependencies mapped.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to manage the program roadmap.
  • Assist the Business Transformation Director with program-level definition, design, reporting, and analysis.
  • Support workstreams with risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure the program increments are planned to deliver the overall program deliverables, and are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage project governance structures.
  • Work with product management, business leaders, and stakeholders to align on priorities and strategic direction.
  • Partner with leadership to foster a culture of agility, experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Consider systemic impacts of decisions and actions.
  • Contribute to the overall business transformation strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful delivery of large-scale transformation programs.
  • Minimum of 10 years' of experience in a program management or leadership roles.
  • A strong facilitator, able to plan and lead workshops. You guide teams through planning, retrospectives, and problem-solving sessions.
  • Experience in defining, planning and managing programs of work.
  • Previous experience in developing Business Cases for large programs of work.
  • Ability to develop written communications and presentations for Executive and Board audiences.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide insights for continuous process improvement.
  • Experience with agile metrics and reporting techniques.
