Financial Accounting Professional

The position involves providing technical accounting expertise to manage and enhance the financial control framework, annual audit and report, cash flow, and balance sheet management.

Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality financial processing and reporting to enable accurate decision-making, assisting in improving financial reconciliations and processes, and supporting the finance team with ad hoc accounting duties.

  • Preparing and assisting with month-end processes such as journals and reconciliations
  • Improving financial reconciliations and processes
  • Assisting with external audit processes
  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Preparing BAS and FBT returns
  • Supporting finance teams with ad-hoc accounting duties
Requirements:
  • Working towards CA/CPA qualification
  • Commerce/Accounting degree qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience preferred
  • Proactive approach, hardworking attitude, and high accountability
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork skills and focus on continuous improvement
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
