Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Cremorne. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience in end-to-end payroll management and be passionate about entering the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll for 700 staff weekly using ADP
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, including terminations, new hires, and processing payrolls
  • Validate and verify payroll data, checking for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise
  • Respond to employee queries
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist in generating various payroll-related documents
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and suggest process improvements
