Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional education and care to children, supporting and facilitating their learning outcomes in accordance with national standards and frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development of programs that reflect approved learning frameworks.
  • Build positive and respectful relationships that support children, families, and the broader community.
  • Foster play-based learning environments that cater to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum) or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (for ECTs).
  • A strong work history demonstrating the ability to record observations, write learning stories, and contribute to curriculum planning using the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
