The Opportunity

You'll be a self-motivated, friendly retailer/customer service expert who's seeking a new challenge. As the face of Travelex, you'll promote our exciting travel money products, exceed customer expectations, and own the store like it's your own.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and meet individual performance targets
  • Maximise sales and promote our product range to all customers
  • Maintain a digital presence through social media - Google reviews/Facebook/Instagram
  • Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies, reporting any issues
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • PASSION FOR TRAVEL AND POSITIVE CAN-DO ATTITUDE
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enjoy working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
  • Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail in routine activities
  • Proven ability to deliver results through increased sales and/or performance against targets
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
