We are seeking a visionary leader to drive improvements in digital archiving practice and build organisational capability.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement innovative digital archiving solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to advance digital preservation practices.
- Build relationships with key organisations to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Mentor and supervise staff to ensure professional growth and development.
- Provide expert advice on digital archiving and preservation strategies.
Your Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in archival management, digital preservation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading digital archiving projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of digital preservation principles and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Australian citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance to Baseline.
