We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 solutions architect to join our team and contribute to the development of enhancements and fixes in NSWTG's Dynamics 365 environments.
This is a challenging role that requires experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically with Dynamics 365. You will be working closely with business users, business analysts, and other technical teams to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users, business analysts, and other technical teams to gather and analyse requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and development guidelines.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 and related modules.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and industry trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including form design and workflow development.
- Experience with web services and integrations, such as RESTful APIs and OData.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
