- Manage structural engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Build and strengthen client relationships, focusing on trust, excellence, and long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to the further development of internal processes and systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (RPEV, CPEng preferred).
- Significant local experience in structural engineering design, team leadership across a diverse range of industrial and commercial projects.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance leadership and technical delivery.
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
