Job Opportunity in Automation and Integration
We partner with a leading automation and integration company in New Zealand.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of multidisciplinary engineers delivering projects providing PLC/SCADA control systems, automated warehousing systems and materials handling solutions for large and small organisations across multiple industries.
- PLC, HMI and SCADA development, testing and commissioning
- Manage projects of varying complexity levels ranging from simple system upgrades to larger turnkey projects
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of client systems
- Writing of documentation such as functional descriptions, user and maintenance manuals
About You
You should have a relevant engineering degree (electrical, mechatronics, controls or similar) and experience in system integration, process control, testing, installation and commissioning. Proficiency in PLC / HMI / SCADA programming across various platforms (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider etc.) is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test and commission PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.
Manage complex projects involving system upgrades and turnkey installations.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on client systems.
Write detailed documentation including functional descriptions and user manuals.
Requirements:
