The role of a Team Leader – Behaviour Support and Allied Health is to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, person-centred support services.
- This involves managing human, financial, and physical resources while working in partnership with customers, families, staff, and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health discipline such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Social Work, or other related Healthcare discipline.
- Experience working with people with disability or registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS is also required.
- Additionally, the candidate should be registered with AHPRA or the awarding professional body where applicable and hold a valid Drivers Licence.
As a Team Leader, you will participate as an experienced member and Team Leader of the Behaviour Support and Allied Health Team. Your professional skills and knowledge will enhance team functioning and development while coordinating clinical support and supervision for all team members.
Furthermore, you will support customers and families to access services and ensure a positive customer experience.
