Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Coordinate and implement lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents, ensuring their engagement and enjoyment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and deliver programs, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and facility team members.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with program delivery, ensuring a commitment to continuous improvement and a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on program delivery, resident engagement, and risk management.
- Team Support: Provide support and guidance to facility team members in the delivery of lifestyle programs and resident care.
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to think on your feet, and a positive approach with a creative flair.
- Certifications and Clearances: Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
