A Customer Experience Advisor role is available at our North Geelong branch, supporting customers across Geelong City Centre, Geelong West, Leopold, Torquay and Waurn Ponds.
About the Role- Provide first-line support to customers in person or over the phone
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service experiences
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can deliver an exceptional customer experience and has a passion for delivering results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Support our North Geelong branch by being the first point of contact for customers
- Work with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Assist customers with account opening, lending and banking transactions
- Ensure all customer details are accurate and up-to-date
- Passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team
- Keen eye for detail
- Casual role with flexibility to work 1-3 days per week
