We are seeking a highly skilled Network AutoCAD Designer to join our Melbourne-based team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and planning advanced Fibre Networks for Broadacre developments, Integrated Communications Networks (ICN), and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU).
Key Responsibilities:- Design and plan fibre networks using AutoCAD and DAD, including detailed splicing layouts.
- Develop and maintain design documentation for pit pipe and fibre standards, ensuring adherence to quality control processes.
- Review and optimize design standards for enhanced network flexibility and cost efficiency.
- Design fibre networks for Multi Dwelling Units (MDUs) and develop pit and pipe networks using AutoCAD.
- Generate Bills of Materials (BoMs) for both Broadacre developments and MDUs.
- Provide regular design status updates and maintain accurate project documentation records.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures and engage with project managers for optimal design outcomes.
- Address customer issues within DAD and other Telco portals by maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with contractors to achieve the best results from design implementations.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of design guidelines and processes.

- Telecommunications Network Design: Experience in designing networks for new developments and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) is desirable.
- AutoCAD Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of advanced experience with AutoCAD.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office.
