Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Contractor in Ballarat.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is $82-$100 per hour, reflecting the competitive compensation package offered by HealthcareLink.

Job Description: As an Occupational Therapist with HealthcareLink, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients with various conditions, including physical, cognitive, and mental health issues.
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions and supporting clients to achieve their goals and maximize their functional independence.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Participating in professional development activities and staying current with best practices and research in occupational therapy.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing occupational therapy services in various settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client appointments.
