About the Role

This Capacity Uplift Program is designed for recent graduates or career-transitioning professionals to gain hands-on experience, receive industry-recognized training, and develop a strong foundation in networking and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical engineering designs with expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and support solution deployment.
  • Assist in implementing customer solutions with guidance and transition them to Business as Usual.
  • Participate in structured training programs including:
  • Networking fundamentals with emphasis on LAN/WAN and data center concepts.
  • Industry certifications for professional growth.
  • Soft skill development for effective collaboration and communication.
  • Promote teamwork and inclusivity in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recent graduate (or career-transitioning professional) with a keen interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow technical and professional skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must hold a Baseline security clearance or be an Australian Citizen eligible to obtain Baseline clearance.

You will have dedicated support from a Program Manager, Professional Mentor, and Employee Manager throughout the program. You will also have access to permanent employee entitlements, ACS membership, and financial support for formal training and certifications.
