This role is a key contributor to the expansion of our curriculum in the APAC region. As an Education Content Specialist, you will play a vital part in delivering high-impact educational content to our global learner base.

Responsibilities
  • Content Delivery: You will deliver live instruction and support the development of education materials for retail and institutional learners in the APAC region, using pre-existing and net new evergreen content.
  • Localization: Translate and localize OI education materials into at least one APAC regional language, maintaining consistency with original instructional intent.
  • Curriculum Development: Assist in creating evergreen education content, such as outlines, scripts, articles, slides, trading examples, and evaluations, in partnership with senior directors and curriculum development teams.
  • Learner Engagement: Support learner engagement by simplifying complex financial concepts and creating regionally relevant examples and case studies.
  • Network Growth: Grow our Adjunct Faculty network in APAC, serving as a key representative responsible for liaising with candidates, facilitating onboarding, and managing relationships to deliver education programs with APAC-based faculty.
  • Assessment Tools: Contribute to the development and adaptation of assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and gather student feedback across the APAC region.
  • Marketing Materials: Copywrite and localize promotional blurbs, course descriptions, and summaries to resonate with regional learners and clients.
  • Market Insights: Collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to gather market-specific insights and learner preferences that can inform curriculum adjustments.
  • Curriculum Relevance: Stay informed on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and retail investing behavior across APAC to maintain curriculum relevance and impact.
  • Instructor Support: Provide input and support for instructor-led training and coaching programs as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative and operational needs related to course delivery, learner communications, and feedback tracking.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of our educational initiatives in the APAC region.
