Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Clerk to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient records with high-level accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Undertake various administrative duties including archiving, facilitating requests for patient information, and providing access to patient records.
  • Provide exceptional support to the medical team, maintaining efficient workflows and processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of confidential environments.
  • Proficient computer skills, with ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, across multiple sites as required.
