As a Junior Analyst, you will be part of a growing team working closely with experienced managers who specialize in credit fund management. Your role will involve close collaboration with global lenders, including large commercial and investment banks, to aid in analysis, administration, and portfolio reporting of structured credit exposures.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular monitoring of the portfolio, including compliance, invoicing, and reporting
  • Involved in client discussions around pricing, transaction execution, etc.
  • Providing financial/sensitivity analysis and modelling
  • Completing due diligence research into companies
  • Assistance in transaction structuring, legal documentation preparation, and management
  • Risk analysis
  • Country, industry, competitor, security analysis
  • Portfolio compliance and monitoring
  • Fee and premium reconciliation

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • Highly developed analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication skill across both written and verbal mediums
