Team Leader

As a Team Leader at our fast-food restaurant, you will be responsible for leading the team during peak periods and motivating them to deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have experience in leading or supervising teams in a busy environment, delivering excellent customer service, and holding relevant certifications such as Food Safety Supervisor and Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Responsibilities:- Lead the team during busy periods and motivate them to achieve high standards.
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Proactively improve the guest experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Experience leading or supervising a team in a busy environment.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate and be willing to undertake additional training if required.
- Have completed or be willing to complete the Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
