We are seeking a skilled Head of Finance to lead our Finance function and contribute to the organisation's efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will possess a CA or CPA designation (or equivalent extensive experience) and at least five years' senior experience with team management and key process responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling them to communicate effectively across all levels and build sound business relationships. They will also be highly proficient in relevant information systems applications, modelling, forecasting, and financial accounting principles.

About the Role
The Head of Finance will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising all aspects of the Finance function, working closely with the Executive Manager Corporate Services & CFO and managing three direct reports. Key areas of focus include adaptive business forecasting, analysis, and reporting, as well as strong financial control and cash management.
