Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated collector to collect blood and non-blood samples from patients, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality customer service.

About the Role

  • Collecting samples with care and attention.
  • Maintaining meticulous records for every patient and sample.
  • Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times.
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing.
  • Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or Certificate III in Pathology Collection.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a solo clinic.
  • Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics.
  • Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or valid visa with permission to work.

Essential Vaccinations

  • Hepatitis B vaccination evidence required.
  • Other vaccinations may be required based on location.
