Clinical Lead for Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our multidisciplinary team at Albury Wodonga Health. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in mental health treatment, care, and support.
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing recovery-focused, multidisciplinary, and professional practice principles, ensuring consistency with professional and program goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic work environment and promote a positive culture that supports wellness and self-care for colleagues and clients.
- Provide mental health, social, physical, and spiritual assessment of clients and deliver clinical treatment, psychosocial support, and care to resolve or alleviate emotional distress.
- Pursue ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and broaden clinical knowledge and expertise.
Albury Wodonga Health is the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, serving a population of up to 300,000 across North-East Victoria and Southern NSW.
We offer a diverse range of services, including emergency, surgical, women's and children's, community, mental health, allied health, and sub-acute services.
Our growth continues with the opening of a state-of-the-art Emergency Department in 2024, and excitingly, the construction of a new hospital at our Albury site by 2028.
