About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our multidisciplinary team at Albury Wodonga Health. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in mental health treatment, care, and support.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing recovery-focused, multidisciplinary, and professional practice principles, ensuring consistency with professional and program goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic work environment and promote a positive culture that supports wellness and self-care for colleagues and clients.

  • Provide mental health, social, physical, and spiritual assessment of clients and deliver clinical treatment, psychosocial support, and care to resolve or alleviate emotional distress.
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain and broaden clinical knowledge and expertise.
About Albury Wodonga Health

Albury Wodonga Health is the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, serving a population of up to 300,000 across North-East Victoria and Southern NSW.

We offer a diverse range of services, including emergency, surgical, women's and children's, community, mental health, allied health, and sub-acute services.

Our growth continues with the opening of a state-of-the-art Emergency Department in 2024, and excitingly, the construction of a new hospital at our Albury site by 2028.
