Job Title: Motor Rewinder

We are seeking a skilled Motor Rewinder to join our team at a global leader in fluid engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for rewinding electric motors and generators, as well as inspecting, repairing, and overhauling electro-mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rewind electric motors and generators to meet customer specifications
  • Inspect and repair electro-mechanical equipment, including high and medium voltage electric motors, generators, compressors, turbines, and other rotating equipment
  • Control the flow of jobs through the department, including scheduling, priorities, progress updates, and productivity
  • Occasional site work for experienced candidates
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in Electrical Fitting or Mechanical Fitting
  • Proven experience rewinding electric motors
  • Unlicensed motor rewinders welcome to apply
  • Experience and/or knowledge of electro-mechanical rotating equipment
  • A can-do attitude and proactivity to execute projects
  • Great safety behaviors
  • Excellent work references that can support your application
