Job Title: Worship Ministry Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Worship Ministry Director to lead and oversee the worship ministry of Whitehill Church. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipping and training Whitehill's creative teams for effective and inspiring times of Gospel-centred worship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Oversight: Lead and oversee the worship ministry of Whitehill Church, ensuring that it aligns with the church's vision and values.
  • Team Development: Equip and train Whitehill's creative teams, including musicians, vocalists, and technical staff, to deliver high-quality worship experiences.
  • Service Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of Whitehill's services and events, ensuring that they are Gospel-centred and engaging.
  • Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to serve on the worship and tech teams, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality worship experiences.
  • Technology and Equipment: Utilize technology to create an excellent worship experience during Sunday services, including the use of ProPresenter, Ableton, and Elvanto.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Attend and contribute to all relevant leadership team meetings, service planning meetings, and prayer meetings, ensuring that the worship ministry is aligned with the church's overall vision and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Christian Faith: The successful candidate must be an active Christian with a strong commitment to the Gospel and a passion for worship.
  • Leadership Experience: The successful candidate must have experience in leading and overseeing worship ministries, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality worship experiences.
  • Technical Skills: The successful candidate must have strong technical skills, including proficiency in music technology and equipment.
  • Communication Skills: The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality worship experiences.
