Our company is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Commercial Activity Leader to join our team. As a key member of the store commercial team, you will play a vital role in inspiring customers to visit our store more frequently and driving sales growth.The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for home furnishing and sales, with a demonstrated ability to inspire their team to achieve great things. You will be outcomes-driven, highly motivated, and work equally well in a team as you do independently.As Commercial Activity Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Securing the vitality of our store in all media by working closely with the store commercial team and using our product range to drive customer engagement.
  • Retaining excellent knowledge of our product range, national priorities, volume commitments, local market conditions, and local competitors, and using this information to drive the store commercial calendar.
  • Ensuring a qualitative and efficient implementation in-store through clear communication and securing that all functions take responsibility for delivery of their part.
  • Leading and communicating the commercial calendar and store activity plan to colleagues in a way that motivates them to take ownership for their part in achieving overall goals.
  • Acting quickly on commercial opportunities; changing availability of products and customer feedback.
  • Analysing activity performance, and identifying successful activities, solutions, and ideas. This will be used to improve planning of future activities and give feedback to colleagues on what has worked and what has not.
  • Cultivating and supporting the professional development of colleagues, helping them reach their career aspirations.
