Assembly Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fit various components on a production line using diverse tools and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and safety critical parts.
• Support quality and productivity initiatives, carrying out lean production activities and reporting faults to relevant areas.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised safe work area, adhering to company housekeeping processes and maintaining all equipment according to maintenance plans and procedures.

Tertiary Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar or related roles, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as certified accreditation in Mechanical or Electrical fields, or workplace experience in relevant industries.
• Proficiency with office management software, e.g. MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
